We offer 3 Options to get the tapes to us

Our process is very straightforward
Our standard turnaround is 14-21 days, case we also offer a 48 (business) hours turnaround from receipt express service for £6 extra per tape

When sending we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48 NOT Recorded as this is standard post just signed for, Send it to

OPTION 3 We arrange a courier to collect from you

You need to package the items and select courier on the cost calculator when ordering, we will contact you to get the dimensions and weight , we will then arrange a courier,

Tapes are NOT fragile so don't over pack!

When we receive the items we will confirm safe receipt providing you put a valid email address on the form. The items will then be sent to you once complete via a tracked method, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery/Parcel Force or Courier
